Returns & Refunds

All prints are produced individually to order. Because each print is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We encourage you to review print sizes, descriptions, and any questions you may have before placing your order. Please contact us if you need any assistance choosing the right print or size.

If your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. To be eligible:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide clear photographs of the damage, including the packaging.
• Retain all original packaging until the matter is resolved.

We will assess your claim and, if approved, dispatch a replacement as soon as possible.

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover any return shipping costs.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet commenced. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

• The item arrived damaged and a replacement cannot be provided.
• The order was cancelled within the eligible window.
• An incorrect item was received and cannot be replaced.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
